摘要
本文通过设计研制了在充入高纯度惰性气体的亚真空环境中,即几百帕到上千帕的环境中使用的净化装置,通过研究净化装置中主要成分锆钒铁的吸气特性,验证了在亚真空状态下锆钒铁仍可以工作。归纳出锆钒铁在亚真空领域中的最佳工作温度,并同时在试验过程中对锆钒铁片的激活和失效机理作出验证。
Based on a purification device designed for a sub-vacuum environment filled with high-purity inert gas (hundreds of thousands Pa),the paper studied the gettering characteristics of Zr-V-Fe,the main component of the purification device,it is verified that Zr-V-Fe can still work in sub-vacuum environment.The optimum working temperature of Zr-V-Fe in the field of sub-vacuum purification was summarized,and the activation and failure mechanism of Zr-V-Fe sheets were verified during the experiment.
