基于“互联网+”的社区教育平台构建研究

Research on the Construction of Community Education Platform Based on “Internet +”

本文通过对社区教育概念的理解以及当前社区教育现状的认识,提出了社区教育在当下中国城镇化进程中遇到的新问题和新需求,而这些问题和需求在现有的社区教育体制框架下很难得到根本性的解决。本文尝试结合“互联网+”的概念,深刻认识到互联网与社区教育相结合的必要性和可行性,提出建设基于“互联网+”的社区教育平台。而针对该平台的构建,进行了简要的功能性分析,给出了平台模块大致划分情况,并对各模块的主要建设内容进行了说明,并最后提出社区教育发展需要与时俱进符合时代特征、满足民众需求、实现文明进步的社区环境。

Based on the understanding of the concept of community education and the current situation of community education, this paper puts forward the new problems and needs of community education in the process of urbanization in China. These problems and needs can hardly be fundamentally solved under the existing framework of community education system. This paper tries to combine the concept of “Internet+”, deeply recognizes the necessity and feasibility of the combination of Internet and community education, and proposes to build a community education platform based on“Internet+”.In view of the construction of the platform, a brief functional analysis is made, and the general division of the platform modules is given, and the main contents of each module are explained. Finally, the community environment that the development of community education needs to keep pace with the times, meet the needs of the people and achieve civilized progress is put forward.
