实验室库房管理新模式的探索与实践

实践教学是高等职业院校培养具有创新意识的高素质工程技术人才的重要环节,而实验室管理又是实践教学的基础[1]。作为大学实验室的重要供应工具,仓库正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。经过多年的实践,苏州市职业大学电子信息工程学院在实验室管理的基础上建立了实验室设备库房[2]。本文从实验室库房构建的必要性、入库-出库-盘库管理模式、库房货位选择和实验室库房管理的优点进行了详细阐述。实验室库房管理新模式能够实时掌握设备库存及流转动向,合理保持和控制设备库存,提高工作效率和工作品质,在尽量少投入的前提下,能够准确及时地为教学与科研提供设备供给,确保教学与科研的正常进行,为实践教学提供坚强后盾。

Practical teaching,which is based on the management of laboratory,plays a big role in cultivating high quality innovative talents in high vocational academies.As an important supplier for college’s laboratory training room, warehouse is playing a more important role.After years of practical in managing laboratory training room,School of Electronics and Information Engineering of Suzhou Vocational University established laboratory equipment warehouse.The paper goes based on the necessity of establishing laboratory warehouse,stock-in-stock-out-inventory management mode,location selection of warehouse equipment,and laboratory warehouse management advantages.New warehouse management mode of Laboratory training room is capable of controlling equipment inventory and circulation trend,maintaining and controlling a reasonable equipment inventory,improving efficiency and quality of work.Under the condition of investing as much less as possible,it can ensure that teaching and scientific research are on the normal track by supplying equipment promptly and accurately,offering a strong backing for the practical teaching.
