重庆社区养老康复中心康复现状

通过对重庆部分具有代表性的社区进行调查,了解重庆社区养老康复中心的康复经营模式,并对如何开展社区养老康复进行了考察。简述社区未来发展前景,以及浅论社区康复工作场所、康复设备配置、人员设定、社员康复诉求、社区康复知识宣讲等方面。针对目前重庆社区康复场所存在的设备不足、维护不当、专业人员不充分等问题,提出解决方案:加强社区康复制度的改革及人员培训,完善管理制度、医疗设备的更新,增强相关人员的专业知识,提高社区社员的康复诉求。

Based on the investigation of some representative communities in chongqing,this paper investigates the rehabilitation operation mode of chongqing community elderly care and rehabilitation center,and investigates how to carry out community elderly care and rehabilitation.The future development prospect of the community is briefly described,and the community rehabilitation workplace,rehabilitation equipment configuration,personnel setting,members' rehabilitation appeals,community rehabilitation knowledge publicity and other aspects are briefly discussed. Aiming at the problems of inadequate equipment,improper maintenance and insufficient professional staff in community rehabilitation places in chongqing,solutions are proposed:strengthening the reform of community rehabilitation system and personnel training, improving management system and updating medical equipment,enhancing the professional knowledge of relevant personnel and improving the rehabilitation demands of community members.
