从新闻宣传入手切实提高基层通讯员写作整体水平

To Improve the Writing Ability of the Rural Correspondent from News Publicity

当前河北省隆化县基层记者、通讯员的写作水平总体不高,综合素质参差不齐,是造成县级广播电视台稿件整体水平偏低的主要原因。对此,笔者针对新闻工作者队伍建设、新闻视角的培养、以及聚焦中心工作和提高通讯员工作积极性四个方面进行论述,旨在提高新闻工作者稿件采用率,丰富广播电视台稿件内容。

At present, the writing level of rural reporters and correspondents in longhua county, hebei province is generally not high, and their comprehensive quality is uneven,which contributes to the low level of the news of the whole rural radio and television station. In this paper, the author discusses the construction of journalists’ team, the cultivation of news perspective, the focus on the central work and the improvement of the journalists’ working enthusiasm, in order to improve the acceptance rate of journalists’ news articles and enrich the content of radio and television stations’ news.
