淫羊藿苷对哮喘影响的研究进展

Advances in Research on the Effects of Icariin on Asthma

哮喘是常见的呼吸道疾病之一,激素类药物因起效迅速、疗效确切而被广泛用于治疗哮喘,但其不良反应多,且哮喘的患病率仍呈逐年上升趋势。寻求新型抗炎药物用于联合甚至替代激素成为目前药物开发的主导方向。淫羊藿苷具有广泛免疫调节作用,可明显减轻气道炎症反应、改善哮喘症状,为联合用药治疗哮喘提供了新方向。本文结合国内外研究,综述淫羊藿苷在哮喘中的作用研究进展,从淫羊藿苷对哮喘气道高反应性、炎症反应(包括炎症类型、炎症细胞因子、转录分化、趋化因子受体等)和气道重塑等方面的影响进行论述,以期为治疗哮喘提供新思路。

Asthma is one of the common respiratory diseases.Hormone drugs are widely used in the treatment of asthma because of their rapid onset and curative effect.However,the adverse reactions are many and the prevalence of asthma is still increasing year by year.The search for new anti-inflammatory drugs for the joint or even replacement of hormones has become the leading direction of current drug development.Icariin has a wide range of immunomodulatory effects,can significantly reduce airway inflammation,improve asthma symptoms,and provides a new direction for the combination of drugs for asthma.In this paper,combined with research at home and abroad,this paper reviews the research progress of the role of icariin in asthma,and the high reactivity and inflammatory response (including inflammation type,inflammatory cytokine,transcriptional differentiation,chemokine factor) of icariin to asthma.The effects of body and other aspects of airway remodeling are discussed in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of asthma.
