“益髓醒神”针刺法治疗中风后失语的效果

Effect of Acupuncture Method of "Yi Marrow Awakening" on Aphasia after Stroke

目的探讨“益髓醒神”针刺法治疗中风后失语的效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年12月我院收治的中风后失语患者78例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用“益髓醒神”针刺治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后语言功能(口语表达、阅读、听力理解、书写)及中医症候(肢体麻木、眩晕、咽干口燥及舌质红)积分。结果治疗前两组语言功能、中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组口语表达、阅读、听力理解、书写水平评分均高于对照组[(38.32±5.18)分vs(24.47±4.59)分、(52.81±8.49)分vs(34.54±6.27)分、(46.72±6.25)分vs(39.54±6.43)分、(26.27±6.27)分vs(15.01±3.14)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组中医症候比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肢体麻木、眩晕、咽干口燥及舌质红积分均低于对照组[(1.21±0.78)分vs(3.37±1.12)分、(1.62±0.75)分vs(3.54±0.89)分、(1.42±0.28)分vs(2.79±0.36)分、(1.57±0.24)分vs(3.24±0.78)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“益髓醒神”针刺法能够提高中风后失语患者的语言表达及理解能力,促进语言功能的恢复,疗效更佳,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture treatment of " Yi Marrow Awakening " on aphasia after stroke.Methods 78 patients with aphasia after stroke were enrolled in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with acupuncture treatment of "Yi Marrow Awakening" on the basis of the control group.The language function (speaking,reading,listening comprehension,writing) and TCM symptoms (numbness of the limbs,dizziness,dry throat and red tongue) score.Results There were no significant differences in language function and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the oral expression,reading,listening comprehension and writing level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group [(38.32±5.18) points vs(24.47±4.59) points,(52.81±8.49) points vs (34.54±6.27) points,(46.72±6.25) points vs(39.54±6.43) points,(26.27±6.27) points vs(15.01±3.14) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM symptoms between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the numbness,dizziness,dry throat and redness of the eyes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(1.21±0.78)points vs(3.37±1.12)points,(1.62±0.75)points vs(3.54±0.89)points,(1.42±0.28)points vs(2.79±0.36)points,(1.57±0.24)points vs(3.24±0.78)points],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The "Yi Marrow Awakening" acupuncture method can improve the language expression and understanding ability of aphasia patients after stroke,promote the recovery of language function,and has better curative effect and higher clinical application value.
