富瓦斯淤泥地质大直径盾构绿色浆液处理关键技术

摘要 盾构穿越富瓦斯淤泥地层,泥水处理设备会遇见淤泥黏土泥浆产量大、分离困难、地层富含可燃气体等难题。文章结合望江路隧道,确定了预一级预筛分、二级旋流、三级压滤为主,离心为辅的绿色浆液零排放泥水处理设备,提出了环境保护区盾构泥浆处理标准,介绍了预筛单元和旋流器设备地层适应性改造。经现场运用,泥水分离效果良好,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。 When the shield passes through the gas-rich silt formation,the slurry treatment equipment will encounter the problems such as the large production of silt mud,difficult separation,and the formation is rich in combustible gas.Combined with wangjiang road tunnel,this paper determined the zero discharge slurry treatment equipment of green slurry with primary pre- screening,secondary cyclone and tertiary pressure filtration as the main centrifugal auxiliary,put forward the standard of shield mud treatment in environmental protection area,and introduced the stratum adaptability transformation of prescreening unit and cyclone equipment.By field application,the effect of slurry separation is good,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
