摘要 笔者单位#1机组发电机投产发电以来,下导轴承就存在着较为严重的油雾现象,通过几次机组小修处理,均未能彻底解决其甩油缺陷,此缺陷严重影响了风洞和水车室的卫生,更加速了定、转子线圈以及电机电源线的老化速度,甩油缺陷还会导致轴承油槽油位下降过快,最终酿成烧瓦的严重事故。文章针对以上安全隐患,结合机组检修机会,全面分析、排查了导致下导轴承甩油的各种因素,并采取了相应有效的措施进行彻底解决。 Since the generator of # 1 unit in our factory put into operation to generate electricity,there has been a serious oil fog phenomenon in the lower guide bearing,and the oil flick defect has not been completely solved through several minor repairs of the unit.This defect seriously affects the hygiene of wind tunnel and water truck room,accelerates the aging speed of stator and rotor coils and motor power cord,and also causes the oil level of bearing tank to drop too fast,which will eventually lead to a serious accident of burning tile.In view of the above safety hidden dangers,combined with the maintenance opportunity of the unit,we comprehensively analyzed and investigated the various factors leading to the oil dump of the lower guide bearing,and took the corresponding effective measures to solve it thoroughly.
