摘要
文章从环评分类、环评法、大气导则及地表水导则3个方面,介绍了近3来国家环评政策主要变化对石化类建设项目的环评要求,并提出了石化企业的应对建议。
This paper introduced the environmental impact assessment requirements of environmental impact assessment policy changes for the past 3 years on petrochemical construction projects from three aspects:environmental impact assessment classification,law on appraising of environment impact,atmospheric guidelines and surface water guidelines,and put forward the countermeasures for petrochemical enterprises.
