摘要 对典型的3.5Ni系材料ASTMA352LC3进行了热处理工艺及性能的研究。试验结果表明,该种材料在进行了成分控制和910℃均匀化正火+880℃油淬+610℃回火并油冷后,各项力学性能指标达到最佳。其-80℃低温冲击性能可达150J,-101℃低温冲击可达80J以上。基体组织为贝氏体和铁素体,具有非常优良的低温性能,对于低温铸钢产品的开发具有非常重要的意义。 The heat treatment process and properties of ASTM A352 LC3 were studied. Composition control and heat treatment were carried out on the material. The heat treatment process is the homogenization normalizing at 910 ℃+ oil quenching at 610 ℃+ tempering at 880 ℃ and oil cooling. The results showed that the optimum mechanical performance indexs were achieved,the low temperature impact was up to 150 J at(-80 )℃,80 J at(-101)℃.The matrix structure is bainite and ferrite. Its excellent low temperature performance is of great significance to the development of low temperature cast steel products.
