摘要
改进型高镍铬无限冷硬复合铸铁轧辊组织由贝氏体、少量马氏体、残余奥氏体、渗碳体以及石墨等组成。本文通过讨论材质中元素Si和耐磨粒子形成元素Nb、V的变化,分析产品金相组织与性能之间的关系,得出改进型ICDP轧辊性能最优的金相组织,制定出最优的Si、Nb、V质量分数,改进轧辊性能指标。
The enhanced high NiCr infinite chilled centrifugal compound cast iron roll structure is composed of bainite,a little martensite,residual austenite,cementite and graphite. In this paper,by discussing the changes of element Si in the material and the elements Nb and V forming wear-resistant particles,the relationship between the product′s metallographic structure and properties is analyzed,and the improved ICDP roller′s metallographic structure affecting the optimal property is obtained,and the optimal mass fraction of Si,Nb and V is worked out to improve the roll′s performance index.
