利用红外碳硫分析仪测定增碳剂中硫质量分数

摘要 通过对增碳剂中硫质量分数测定的几种传统国家标准分析方法的了解、分析与比对,探讨一种利用红外碳硫分析仪测量硫质量分数的更加简便、快捷、准确的分析方法,从而达到更加经济、便利、效率的目的。通过对分析曲线的建立、称样量的选择、助溶剂的选择、回收率等方面,得出最佳的分析条件:0.5000g纯铁助溶剂(w(C)、w(S)≤0.001%)+0.05000g试样+1.500g钨锡助溶剂(w(C)≤0.001%,w(S)≤0.0005%),样品以平铺于混合助熔剂的中间层为宜,利用焦碳做参考物质,结果准确、可靠。 Through the understanding,analysis and comparison of several traditional national standard analysis methods for the determination of sulfur content in carburizing agent,this paper explores the use of infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer to find a more simple,fast and accurate analysis method,so as to achieve the purpose of more economical,convenient and efficient. Through the establishment of analytical curve,the selection of weighing sample and the selection of cosolvent,the optimum analytical conditions were obtained as follows:0.500 0 g pure iron cosolvent (ω(C),ω(S)≤0.001%)+ 0.050 00 g sample+1.500 g tungsten-tin cosolvent (ω(C)≤0.001%,ω(S)≤ 0.000 5%). The sample should be laid in the middle layer of mixed flux,and coke is used as reference material. The results are accurate and reliable.
