摘要
柴油机气缸盖内腔结构复杂,铸造缺陷导致的产品报废率高,其中以内部疏松导致的润滑油渗漏比例最大。本文阐述了运用软件模拟技术分析和工艺改进的过程,通过多项改进最终达到消除此类缺陷的效果。
The structure of cylinder head of diesel engine is complex,and the rejection rate of products caused by casting defects is high. The greatest proportion of oil leakage is caused by internal shrinkage porosity. In this paper,the process of analysis and process improvement by using software simulation technology is described,and the effect of eliminating such defects is achieved through a number of improvements.
