云南某地区0～5岁儿童血锌水平的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Blood Zinc Level of 0-5 Years Old Children in an Area of Yunnan Province

目的通过对云南德宏地区0~5岁儿童血锌的检测,了解儿童各时期的锌营养状况,给儿童锌营养健康提供科学依据。方法对2017年8月—2018年7月来院门诊就诊的5834名0~5岁儿童分为0~1、>1~2、>2~3、>3~5岁组,采用原子吸收光谱仪对血锌含量进行检测。结果5834名学龄前儿童中有2962名儿童缺锌,缺锌率为50.8%,其中0~1岁组缺锌率为41.3%、>1~2岁组49.7%、>2~3岁组为55.9%、、>3~5岁组为65.2%。各年龄组儿童缺锌率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着儿童年龄的增加儿童缺锌率逐渐增加,男女之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论0~5岁儿童均有缺锌状况,锌缺乏可严重影响婴幼儿身体健康和生长发育,应加强预防及宣教工作,做到早期干预、早期治疗及平衡膳食,确保儿童的健康成长。。

Objective To investigate the incidence of zinc deficiency and zinc nutritional status and related problems in children aged 0-5 years in an area of Yunnan Province, and to provide scientific basis for zinc nutritional health of children. Methods A total of 5834 children aged 0-5 years who came to our outpatient clinic from August 2017 to July2018 were divided into groups of 0-1, > 1-2, > 2-3, > 3-5 years old. Blood zinc level was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Among 5 834 preschool children, 2 962 children were zinc deficient, and the total zinc deficiency rate was 50.8%. Among them, the zinc deficiency rate was 41.3% in 0-1 year old group, 49.7% in > 1-2 year old group, 55.9% in > 2-3 year old group and 65.2% in > 3-5 year old group. There was significant difference in zinc deficiency rate among different age groups(P<0.01). With the increase of children’s age, the zinc deficiency rate increased gradually, and there was no significant difference between boys and girls(P>0.05). Conclusion 0 to 5 years old children have zinc deficiency. Zinc deficiency can seriously affect the health and growth of infants and young children. Prevention and education of zinc should be strengthened to ensure the healthy growth of children through early intervention, early treatment and balanced diet.
