摘要
目的观察、评价健康教育联合延伸护理对于支气管哮喘患者的护理效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年6月收治的支气管哮喘患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组33例,在对症治疗基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予健康教育联合延伸护理,比较干预后两组患者对支气管哮喘知识的掌握水平的改善情况、临床疗效和依从性。结果①干预1个月后,观察组患者支气管哮喘健康知识测评分(KBAS)由干预前的(67.6±5.2)分增至(86.7±4.1)分,改善水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.396,P=0.000<0.05);②干预后,观察组患者的依从良好率为90.9%,显著优于对照组66.7%(χ^2=4.442,P=0.035<0.05);干预后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.0%,也高于对照组75.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.632,P=0.031<0.05)。结论健康教育联合延伸护理可提高支气管哮喘患者的治疗依从性及其对于哮喘病护理和治疗知识的掌握水平,从而促进临床疗效的提高,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe and evaluate the nursing effect of health education combined with extended nursing on patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty-six patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 33 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received health education combined with extended care. The improvement of the mastery of bronchial asthma knowledge, clinical efficacy and compliance after the intervention were compared. Results 1. After 1 month of intervention, the bronchial asthma health knowledge score (KBAS) in the observation group increased from (67.6±5.2) points to(86.7±4.1) points, and the improvement level was statistically different from the control group(t=6.396, P=0.000 <0.05);2. After intervention, the compliance rate of the observation group was 90.9%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (66.7%)(χ^2=4.442, P=0.035 <0.05). After intervention, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%, which was also higher than that of the control group (75.7%). The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.632, P=0.031 <0.05). Conclusion Health education combined with extended care can improve the treatment compliance of bronchial asthma patients and their mastery of asthma care and treatment knowledge, thus promoting the improvement of clinical efficacy.
