摘要
目的观察对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育临床效果。方法2015年1月—2017年11月该院糖尿病患者108例分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组常规健康教育,观察组进行全程健康教育,内容包括:降糖药物、心理健康、运动、饮食及血糖检测教育。实施全程健康教育,随访1年。结果观察组FBG(6.23±1.04)mmol/L,2hPG(8.76±1.56)mmol/L,HbA1c(7.09±0.34)%低于对照组的(7.26±1.12)mmol/L,(9.82±1.83)mmol/L,(7.92±0.67)%(t=4.87,4.02,4.92,P<0.05);观察组自我管理效能状况评分(19.88±3.08)分、护理满意度评分(97.85±0.86)分高于对照组的(14.28±5.34)分、(90.13±2.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.13,4.23,P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育护理模式应用于糖尿病患者临床护理管理中效果显著,为糖尿病教育提供了有效的护理模式,值得予以推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of whole course health education for diabetic patients. Methods Form January 2015 to November 2017, a total of 108 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, while the observation group received whole course health education, which included hypoglycemic drugs, mental health, exercise, diet and blood sugar detection education. The whole course of health education was carried out, and the follow-up was 1 years. Results In the observation group, FBG was (6.23±1.04)mmol/L, 2 hPG was (8.76±1.56)mmol/L, and HbA1c was (7.09±0.34)%, which were lower than those of the control group (7.26±1.12)mmol/L,(9.82±1.83)mmol/L and (7.92±0.67)%(t=4.87, 4.02, 4.92,P<0.05). The score of self-management efficacy of the observation group (19.88±3.08)points and nursing satisfaction (97.85±0.86)points were higher than those of the control group (14.28±5.34)points and (90.13±2.23)points (t=5.13, 4.23, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of whole health education and nursing mode to the clinical nursing management of diabetic patients is significant. It provides an effective nursing mode for diabetes education. It is worth popularizing and applying.
