情志护理联合常规护理在心力衰竭患者中的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Joint Nursing in Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨情志护理应用在心理衰竭患者中的效果及临床价值。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月在该院接受治疗的心理衰竭患者110例,按照护理模式不同分为A组和B组,A组给常规护理,B组联合情志护理,对比两组护理效果。结果B组干预后焦虑自评量表评分(43.23±2.43)分,郁自评量表评分(45.65±3.22)分;A组干预后焦虑自评量表评分(49.15±4.01)分,郁自评量表评分(52.17±4.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.3271、10.4738,P<0.05)。B组护理满意度为96.36%高于A组76.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.0287,P<0.05)。B组治疗依从性行为得分(30.67±3.51)分,应急处理行为得分(26.81±3.49)分,生活改良行为得分(27.93±3.17)分,自我管理水平评分(89.85±6.76)分;A组治疗依从性行为得分(25.36±1.55)分,应急处理行为得分(22.18±1.76)分,生活改良行为得分(24.08±1.37)分,自我管理水平评分(80.03±3.58)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=7.0472、8.3279、6.0388、7.4382,P<0.05)。结论情志护理应用在心理衰竭患者中可以减轻患者负性情绪,提升临床护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of emotional nursing in patients with mental failure. Methods A total of 110 patients with mental failure who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into group A and group B according to different nursing modes. Group A was given routine nursing, and group B was given combined emotional nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were (43.23±2.43)points and (45.65±3.22)points in group B,(49.15±4.01)points and (52.17±4.65)points in group A, the differences were statistically significant (t=9.327 1, 10.473 8, P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of group B was 96.36%, which was higher than that of group A 76.36%, the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=3.028 7, P<0.05). The scores of treatment compliance, emergency treatment, life improvement and self-management were (30.67±3.51)points,(26.81±3.49)points,(27.93±3.17)points,(89.85±6.76)points in group B,(25.36±1.55)points,(22.18±1.76)points,(24.08±1.37)points and (80.03±3.58)points in group A. The score of management level was significantly different between two groups (t=7.047 2, 8.327 9, 6.038 8, 7.438 2, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emotional nursing in patients with mental failure can alleviate patients' negative emotions and improve clinical nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
