摘要 卵巢癌(ovarian carcinoma)是妇科最常见癌症之一,是女性癌症相关死亡的第五大原因,大多数患者诊断时已是晚期。其发病机制目前尚未阐明,该文从肥胖的角度,探讨其在卵巢癌发病机制中的作用,包括肥胖与激素水平失衡,肥胖产生慢性炎症;肥胖与卵巢癌患者预后的相关性;目前研究结果的争议及衡量肥胖指标的选择。 Ovarian cancer is one of the most common cancers in gynecology and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related death in women. Most patients are diagnosed at advanced stage. Its pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated. This review discusses the role of obesity in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer, including obesity and hormone levels imbalance, chronic inflammation caused by obesity, the correlation between obesity and prognosis in patients with ovarian cancer, disputes on current research results, and selection of indicators for measuring obesity.
