茂名地区孕期血清同型半胱氨酸及叶酸水平的调查

Investigation of serum homocysteine and folic acid levels during pregnancy in Maoming District

目的调查茂名地区正常妊娠妇女血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)和叶酸(Folic acid,FA)水平,为确定妊娠期妇女Hcy和叶酸水平的参考区间提供临床依据,对防治妊娠并发症与优生优育具有重要意义。方法采用循环酶法检测900例正常妊娠妇女血清Hcy水平,同时采用化学发光法检测900例正常妊娠妇女叶酸水平,并追踪其分娩结局。分别测定3组(早孕期100例,中孕期400例,晚孕期400例)妊娠妇女血清Hcy水平和叶酸水平。结果正常妊娠妇女血清Hcy水平为(7.25±2.76)μmol/L,95%参考区间为5~15μmol/L,正常妊娠妇女血清叶酸水平为(3.00±0.43)ng/mL。早孕组血清Hcy水平为(7.15±2.53)μmol/L,血清叶酸水平为(3.01±0.53)ng/mL;中孕组血清Hcy水平为(6.96±2.91)μmol/L,血清叶酸水平为(3.12±0.39)ng/mL;晚孕组血清Hcy水平为(7.64±2.84)μmol/L,血清叶酸水平为(2.88±0.38)ng/mL。结论正常妊娠妇女血清Hcy水平妊娠早期为7.15μmol/L、妊娠中期为6.96μmol/L、妊娠晚期为7.64μmol/L;正常妊娠妇女血清叶酸水平妊娠早期为3.01ng/mL、妊娠中期为3.12ng/mL、妊娠晚期为2.88ng/mL。如果妊娠早、中、晚期血清Hcy水平偏高,可能提示高Hcy血症,及时做进一步检查,或是通过补充叶酸来降低Hcy的水平。

Objective Objective To investigate the serum homocysteine ( Hcy) and folic acid(FA) levels during pregnancy in Maoming district,and to provide a clinical basis for determining the reference intervals of Hcy and FA levels in pregnant women.It is of great significance to eugenics.Methods Serum Hcy levels in 900 normal pregnant women were detected by cyclic enzymatic method.The FA levels of 900 normal pregnant women were detected by chemiluminescence method,and the outcome of delivery was followed.Serum Hcy levels and FA levels were measured in three groups (100 in early pregnancy,400 in middle pregnancy,and 400 in late pregnancy).Results Serum Hcy levels in normal pregnant women were (7.25±2.76)μmol/L,95% reference interval was 5-15 μmol/L,and serum FA levels in normal pregnant women were (3.00±0.43) ng/mL.The serum Hcy level in the early pregnancy group was (7.15±2.53)μmol/L,and the serum FA level was (3.01±0.53) ng / ml.The serum Hcy level in the middle pregnancy group was ( 6.96±2.91)μmol/L,and the serum FA level was (3.12±0.39) ng/mL;serum Hcy level in the late pregnancy group was (7.64±2.84)μmol/L,and serum FA level was (2.88±0.38) ng/mL.Conclusion Serum Hcy levels in normal pregnant women are 7.15 μmol/L in early pregnancy,6.96 μmol/L in middle pregnancy,7.64 μmol/L in late pregnancy.Serum FA levels in normal pregnant women are 3.01 ng/mL in early pregnancy,3.12 ng/mL in middle pregnancy,2.88 ng/mL in late pregnancy.If the serum Hcy level is high in the pregnancy,it may indicate high Hcy promptly check further,or reduce the level of Hcy by supplementing folic acid.
