重症监护病房洋葱伯克霍尔德菌小规模暴发的流行

The epidemiology of Burkholderia cepacia infection outbreak in intensive care unit

目的分析本院重症监护病房发生的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染暴发的流行病学特点。方法采集患者、环境和医疗器械标本进行培养,并进行药物敏感性试验。结果从重症监护病房患者送检的标本中分离出5株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,环境和医疗器械采样的标本分离3株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,药敏结果显示,患者来源和环境来源的病原菌耐药谱基本一致,均为对复方新诺明,头孢他啶敏感,对其他13种药物全部耐药。结论重症监护病房是洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染的高发科室,且耐药现象严重,应重视和加强对病房的消毒隔离措施的管理。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial strain of Burkholderia cepacia isolated from intensive care unit (ICU) patients.Methods Specimens from patients,environment and medical instruments were taken and cultured,and the drug sensitive were done on all positive specimens.Results Five Burkholderia cepacia isolates were isolated from the specimens of infected patients.Three Burkholderia cepacia isolates were isolated from environment and medical instruments.Drug-resistant spectrum of Burkholderia cepacia from both patients and environment was basically identical.The commonly used 13 antimicrobial agents all showed antibiotics resistance of Burkholderia cepacia except ceftazidime and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.Conclusion The incidence of the infection of Burkholderia cepacia is high in the ICU,and the antibiotic resistance is serious,the management of sterilization measures for wards should be emphasized and strengthened.
