目的分析现阶段我军野战医疗队检验专业在演训过程中存在的问题,提出合理化建议,共同探讨。方法通过分析野战工作环境、检验专业的装备和物资、检验专业的标准程序和质量管理、检验专业人员的培养四个方面对检验专业的工作进行分析和探讨。结果野战医疗队在野战工作环境、检验专业的装备和物资、检验专业的标准程序和质量管理、检验专业人员的培养四个方面可以持续改进,以提高我军的卫勤保障能力。结论野战医疗队检验专业在平时的演训过程中应该及时发现问题、总结问题、探讨问题,以有效提高应急保障能力。

Objective To analyze the problems existing in the laboratory medicine of field medical teams in our army at the present stage,put forward reasonable suggestions and discuss them together.Methods Analyzes and discusses the work of laboratory medicine from four aspects:field work environment,equipment and materials of laboratory medicine,standard procedure and quality management of laboratory medicine,and the training of laboratory personnels.Results The field medical team could be continuously improved in four aspects:field working environment,equipment and materials of laboratory medicine,procedure documents and quality management of laboratory,and training of laboratory personnels,so as to improve the medical support ability of our army.Conclusion IN order to effectively improve the ability of emergency support,the field medical team laboratory medicine should discover,summarize and discuss problems in peacetime training.
