心血管类患者血清同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白联合检测的临床价值

Clinical significances of combined detection of serum homocysteine and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in cardiovascular diseases

目的探讨血清Hcy与C反应蛋白检测在心血管类疾病中的诊治及预后应用价值。方法选择2017年7月至11月在浏阳市中医医院接受诊治的心血管类疾病患者163例实施研究,其中,冠心病组:52例;心肌梗死组:51例;心绞痛组:60例。60例健康志愿者作为对照组。对比各组血清Hcy及CRP水平,分析对心血管类疾病的诊断价值。结果冠心病组、心肌梗死组,以及心绞痛组患者的血清Hcy及CRP水平均分别显著高于对照组及H型高血压组(P<0.05)。但冠心病组、心肌梗死组以及心绞痛组患者组间比较血清Hcy及CRP水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。联合血清Hcy及CRP对冠心病、心肌梗死以及心绞痛疾病的诊断准确率显著提高,对心血管类疾病并发症及预后的预测时间显著少于单用血清Hcy或CRP。结论联合检测血清Hcy及CRP,对心血管类疾病患者具有较好的预测价值,效果明显,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical significances of combined detection of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and C- reactive protein (CRP) in cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 163 cardiovascular diseases patients,who admitted to Liuyang Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jul.to Nov.2017,were selected as the conronary heart disease group( n =52),the myocardial infarction group( n =51),and angina pectoris group( n =60),and 60 healthy individuals who took health examination were enrolled as the control group.The serum Hcy and CRP were measured.Results The serum Hcy and hs-CRP in the conronary heart disease group,the myocardial infarction group and the angina pectoris group were significantly higher than in the control group ( P <0.05).However,there were no significant difference in detection rate of Hcy and CRP between the conronary heart disease group,the myocardial infarction group and the angina pectoris group( P >0.05).Combined serum Hcy and CRP in the conronary heart disease group,the myocardial infarction group and the angina pectoris group were highest,reaching 96.15%,94.12% and 95.00%,respertively.The prognosis time of combined with Hcy and CRP test for cardiovascular disease complications and prognosis was significantly shorter than that of Hcy and CRP( P <0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum Hcy and CRP has predictive value for patients with cardiovascular disease.The effect is obvious,and it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
