中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值及炎症因子在临床诊疗心衰患者中的潜在应用价值

Application value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and inflammatory factors in clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure patients

目的探讨心衰患者外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值及血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8在临床诊疗心衰患者中的潜在应用价值。方法选取该院心血管内科2016年12月至2018年3月收治的心衰患者90例为观察组、同期门诊健康体检者90例为对照组,比较两组研究对象血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值。结果心衰患者血清IL-6、IL-8及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);此外,死亡患者的血清IL-6、IL-8及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值水平明显高于存活者(P<0.05)。结论心衰患者血清IL-6、IL-8及中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值水平均见明显升高,其水平变化对患者的心脏功能评估具有重要实用价值。

Objective To investigate the peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with heart failure and their potential value in clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.Methods 90 cases with heart failure were selected from December 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were observed in the observation group,and 90 healthy subjects in the same period were randomly selected as the control group.Serum interleukin-8 (IL-8),6 (IL-6) and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio interleukin-group were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and neutrophil to lymphocyte in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).In addition,serum IL-6,IL-8,and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratios were significantly higher in deaths than in survivors (P < 0.05).Conclusion The serum IL-6,IL-8 and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratios in cases with heart failure are significantly increased,and their level changes have important practical value for assessment of cardiac function.
