血清胆红素检测与参考测量系统建立的研究进展

Research progress on clinical testing and establishment of reference measurement system of serum bilirubin

胆红素来源于人体内铁卟啉类化合物的分解代谢,是胆汁中的主要色素。胆红素检测是临床生化检验中的重点项目,血清中胆红素含量是评价肝胆功能的主要指标,对于黄疸等疾病的诊断具有重要意义。本文对胆红素的性质和临床意义进行介绍,对目前临床常规检测方法进行汇总,并对该项目参考测量系统建立的进展进行综述。

Bilirubin is a catabolic product of hemoglobin occurring in blood serum,and exists as the main pigment in bile.Serum bilirubin assays are routinely employed in clinical practice,which are of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary diseases and hemolytic jaundice.This paper elaborated the chemical nature and clinical significance of bilirubin,summarized the conventional test methods in clinical laboratories,and gave a review on the establishment of reference measurement system in this field.
