摘要
为满足某高轨卫星大型光学载荷真空热试验需求,研制了一套大型真空热试验设备,代号Y1H。该设备为卧式组合体结构,配备我国目前空间环境下最大的准直型太阳模拟器,有效光束直径为2 m,有效试验尺寸为φ6 m×6.5 m,极限真空度优于3×10-5Pa,热沉温度低于100 K。概要介绍了该试验设备的研制方案及特点。
A thermal vacuum test facility,named Y1H,was developed by Shanghai Institute of Spacecraft Equipment, to meet the thermal test requirement of large optical payloads of HEO satellites. The Y1H facility has a Ф2 m solar simulator, which is the largest collimation solar simulator of China in space environment. Y1H includes two chambers with a horizontal combination structure,and the effective size of the main chamber is Ф6 m×6.5 m. The ultimate vacuum is better than 3×10^-5 Pa,and the temperature of thermal shroud is better than 100 K. This paper briefly introduces technical specifications and structure configuration of the Y1H facility.
