摘要
采用超声提取铁棍山药中的薯蓣皂苷,通过单因素试验和正交试验比较,分析超声提取温度、提取时间、提取功率、料液比及乙醇体积分数对提取薯蓣皂苷的影响;以分析纯薯蓣皂苷为对照,紫外分光光度法测定铁棍山药中的薯蓣皂苷的含量。结果表明:铁棍山药中的薯蓣皂苷的最佳提取参数为:超声温度50℃,超声时间30min,超声功率60W,料液比为1∶10,乙醇体积分数为80%。在此最佳条件下,铁棍山药中的薯蓣皂苷的提取率为0.0918%,且该方法简单,结果重现性好。
In this study,ultrasonic technology was used to extract diosgenin from crowbar yams.The effects of ultrasonic extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction power,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol volume fraction on diosgenin extraction were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test.The orthogonal experiment results show that the iron yam yam saponins in the optimal extraction parameters for ultrasonic temperature 50℃,30min ultrasonictime,ultrasonic power 60w,best material liquid ratio of 1:10,best ethanol volume fraction is 80%,under the best conditions of iron yam yam saponins in maximum extraction yield of 0.0918%.This method is simple and reproducible.
