摘要
2016-2018年3月,采用样线调查法,对茂兰喀斯特森林中华大蟾蜍繁殖期的分布、数量和栖息地环境进行了调查,利用GPS进行地理坐标定位,记录海拔、土壤类型、森林起源、水塘长宽深、塘底物组成、流速、水质、植物种类等环境因子。结果表明,繁殖期内,中华大蟾蜍主要分布于常绿落叶阔叶混交林、灌木林、草丛和竹林中的静水及缓流,海拔在460~771m;调查的38个样点,总数量1445只,平均密度38.02只/点;中华大蟾蜍繁殖期的分布与栖息地的水源、植被等有关,受人为捕捉影响较大。
Both the line transect method and the quadrat method were conducted survey on resource distributions,population size and habitat condition of black knobby newt,Bufo gargarigans from Maolan karst forest.In order to study the relationship between organism and its surrounding habitat,we measured and recorded the related ecological factors such as floristics,forest origin,agro type,compose of sediment,stream speed,length and depth of pool,as well as noted geographical location information of each distribution point by GPS.A total of 38 quadrats including1445 individuals with an average density of 38.02% quadrat were noted and analyzed.The results showed that B.gargarizans mainly distributed at the pool of ground water spring in evergreen and deciduous broad-leaf mixed forest,altitude from 460 to 771 meters of elevation.In conclusion,the range of distribution of B.gargarizans was closely correlated with fountain,vegetation and landscape,as well as human activities.
