摘要
为了研究不同降雨淋溶过程中土壤酶活性变化趋势,利用模拟土柱装置,设计了300、600、900和1200mm的模拟雨量水平,共进行12次淋溶实验,分析淋溶后土柱内土壤酶活性。结果表明:淋溶作用与土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶之间存在极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),随着设计淋溶水量的增加,三者活性均表现降低趋势。但是增加淋溶水量时,脲酶和蔗糖酶的活性变化减小,酸性磷酸酶受影响仍非常明显,各组内均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验中土壤过氧化氢酶的活性没有受到淋溶作用影响,在各处理组间基本没有变化。
In order to study the trend of soil enzyme activities during different rainfall leaching processes,a soil column device was used to simulate leaching experiments with rainfall of 300,600,900 and 1200 mm.A total of 12 leaching experiments were carried out to analyze the soil enzyme activities in the soil column after leaching.The results showed that:There was a significant negative correlation between the activities of soil urease,acid phosphatase and invertase in leaching(P<0.01).As the amount of leaching water increases,the activities of these three decreases.However,when the amount of leaching water was increased,the changes of soil urease and invertase activities were gradually reduced,but the effect to soil acid phosphatase was still very obvious.There were significant differences among the groups in acid phosphatase(P<0.05).The soil catalase activity in the experiment was not affected by leaching,and the enzyme activities of each group were basically unchanged.
