摘要
为了提高无刷直流电机(BLDC)无位置传感器控制性能,提出了一种基于MSP430F149处理器和STC15W404单片机的BLDC无位置传感器控制系统。该系统主、辅运行模块可共同作用,提高电机转子位置检测决策依据,任意模块损坏,单一模块仍可单独运行。为了保证电机稳定运行,设计了可单桥或双桥运行的驱动单元。实验结果表明:控制系统稳定性能好、转子位置检测精度高、运行方式灵活、驱动单元高效稳定,便于在高精度无刷电机控制驱动领域推广使用。
In order to improve the performance of the brushless DC(BLDC)motors without position sensor control,a kind sensorless control system was put forward based on MSP430F149 processor and STC15W404 MCU BLDC.Main and auxiliary operation module could separate detect the rotor position,also could work together to improve detection precision in the system.In order to ensure the stable operation of the motor,a single-bridge or double-bridge driving unit was designed.Experimental results show that the control system has stable performance,high precision of rotor position detection and flexible operation mode,drive unit has high efficiency has stable,is easy to be used widely in the field of high-precision brushless motor control driver.
