摘要
针对传统双重移相轻载状态下移相角调节范围小、变化率大的问题,提出了扩展双重移相控制。传统双重移相方式在轻载时移相角调节幅度较大,会造成系统失衡。将二次侧全桥内移相角扩展到负值,使系统轻载时移相角调节得到优化,进一步建立对应的数学模型,推导出不同工作状态下以功率回流最小为目标的优化控制策略。搭建Simulink模型对不同工作状态进行仿真,并基于该控制策略设计搭建小功率实验平台,验证了控制策略的有效性与可行性。
To deal with the small range and large gradient of inner phase shifts at light load,an extending dual-phase-shifting control was presented.By analyzing the different working modes of this control method,the optimized strategy based on backflow power was given.The small range of phase shift in conventional DPS control at light load can lead the whole system to be out-of-balance.While the secondary inner phase shifts extended from positive to negative,the character of inner phase in the method was optimized.By establishing mathematical models,comparatively analyzed different working modes of the extending dual-phase-shifting control,and designed a strategy to make the backflow power to be minimum.Finally,the simulation model of different modes was built to verify the advantage of the control method.Then an experimental prototype was developed based on this strategy,and the experimental resulted verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
