Researching of a Novel DC-DC Converter Topology with Multiple Input and Single Output

摘要 提出了一种高集成可扩展的新型多输入/单输出(MIO)DC-DC变换器拓扑结构,所提变换器可满足不同形式新能源的混合接入。相比于传统的多输入Buck-Boost变换器,新型DC/DC变换器不需要额外增加变压器,在体积与成本优化上更具优势。同时,所提变换器具备Buck,Boost,Buck-Boost等3种独立运行模态,各模态切换简单可行,能够满足不同的运行需要。针对所提变换器,重点分析了其电感电流连续导通模式(CCM)和断流模式(DCM)的运行特性,并通过仿真与实验验证了所提拓扑的可行性与理论分析的正确性。 A new type of multiple input/outpu(t MIO)DC-DC converter topology was proposed,which could achieve energy diversification among different energy sources with different voltage-current characteristics.Compared with the traditional multiple input/output converter,the proposed topology had a fast response for the output voltage and it did not require any additional transformers.Not only the free flow of energy was realized,but the Buck,Boost,Buck-Boost modules of the topology were separated from each other.The characteristics of the continuous conduction mode (CCM) and the discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) for Buck were analyzed.Finally,simulation and experimental results were compared to verify the feasibility and correctness of the analysis.
