Problems and Countermeasures of the Precise Poverty Alleviation of Science and Technology in the Southern Mountain Areas of Ningxia

宁夏南部山区是宁夏扶贫开发的主战场,该区的科技扶贫工作具有典型性和启发性。本文分析了该地区科技精准扶贫中存在的制约因素,提出了以增加科技投入为突破口,以加强科技培训提高贫困人口的科技文化素质为本,依靠科技进步,推广先进实用技术,加速科技成果转化。通过强化信息服务,建设农业科技服务体系,最终实现资源整合,提高科技精准扶贫成效,为宁夏南部山区科技精准扶贫提供决策依据。

The southern mountain areas in Ningxia are the main battlefield for poverty alleviation and development in our district. The science and technology poverty alleviation work in this area is typical and inspiring. This paper analyzes the constraints of science and technology in poverty alleviation in the region, and proposes to increase the investment in science and technology as a breakthrough, strengthen scientific and technological training to improve the quality of science and technology culture of the poor people, rely on scientific and technological progress, promote advanced practical technology, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. By strengthening information services, building an agricultural science and technology service system, and finally realizing resource integration, improving the effectiveness of science and technology and ensuring poverty, and providing decision-making basis for scientific and technological precision poverty alleviation in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia.
