多靶点治疗IV+V型狼疮肾炎的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素水平的作用评价

Clinical Curative Effect of Multiple Targets for Treatment of Type IV+V Lupus Nephritis and on the Effect on the Level of Serum Interleukin

目的评判多靶点治疗IV+V型狼疮肾炎患者的临床效果,以及对患者血清白细胞介素水平的影响。方法利用随机抽签方式,将昆明医科大学第二附属医院肾脏内科在2016年6月至2018年6月,所撷取的Ⅳ+Ⅴ型狼疮肾炎患者62例,随机分为研究组、对照组,每组均为31例。研究组经多靶点治疗,对照组经传统方法治疗,对比2组的临床疗效差异。结果研究组的总治疗有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的总治疗有效率70.97%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。2组血清白细胞介素水平相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IV+V型狼疮肾炎患者的治疗中,采用多靶点疗法,不仅能获得较好的临床效果,而且能降低患者血清白细胞白介素水平。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of multi-target therapy on patients with type Ⅳ+Ⅴ lupus nephritis and its effect on serum interleukin level.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,62 patients with type IV+V lupus nephritis collected in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and reference group by drawing lots,with 31 patients in each group.The study group was treated with multi-target therapy,while the reference group was treated with traditional therapy,and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 93.55%,significantly higher than that in the control group(70.97%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was a significant difference in serum interleukin level between the two groups,P < 0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with type IV+V lupus nephritis,multi-target therapy can not only obtain better clinical effect,but also reduce the serum interleukin level of patients.
