摘要 精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SZ)是一种环境和基因共同作用的遗传性疾病,长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在精神分裂症的发生发展中起到了关键作用,可作为精神分裂症临床诊疗的潜在靶点,就lncRNA与精神分裂症的相关研究进展综述如下。 Schizophrenia is a hereditary disease in which the environment and genes work together.Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) plays a key role in the development of schizophrenia and can be used as a potential clinical diagnosis and treatment targets for schizophrenia.The research progress of lncRNA and schizophrenia are summarized below.
