我国是世界最大的果品生产国,由于种种原因,我国水果生产还存在一些突出问题无法解决,影响了果树产业的可持续发展。"中医果业"是将中医原理和方法具体应用于果树产业领域,实现现代果业与传统中医的跨界融合,优势互补,集成创新。综述了中医方法在果树种植、果实保鲜、果品质量提升等方面的应用,并分析了其发挥作用的原理和机制。利用"中医果业"的理论和方法,不仅可以促进果树健康生长,保障水果的有效供给和质量安全,而且可以综合防控果园的水土污染,改善产地环境。"中医果业"将为我国果树产业探索一条可持续发展的新途径。

Our country is the largest producer in the fruit industry.Due to various reasons,there are still some outstanding problems in fruit production,which affect the sustainable development of fruit industry."Chinese medicine fruit industry" applies the principles and methods of Chinese medicine to the fruit industry,which realizes the cross-border integration of modern agriculture and traditional Chinese medicine,complements advantages of each other and integration innovation.This paper summarized the application of Chinese medicine to fruit tree planting,fruit preservation and fruit quality improvement,and analyzed the principle and mechanism.Based on the theory and method of "Chinese medicine fruit industry",it can not only promote the healthy growth of fruit trees,guarantee the effective supply and safe quality of fruit,but also prevent and control the pollution of water and soil in orchards and improve the environment of producing areas."Chinese medicine fruit industry" will explore a new way for sustainable development of fruit industry in China.
