摘要 以金铁锁优质种源为研究材料,在MS和1/2MS中添加不同浓度的6-BA、NAA和IBA,观察3种植物生长调节剂对金铁锁优质种源丛生芽的产生、增殖及生根的影响。结果表明:金铁锁外植体消毒的最佳方法为75%乙醇消毒30s+0.1%HgCl2消毒8min,污染率可降至10%;丛生芽诱导培养基最佳组合为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。最大增殖苗倍数为29;最适生根培养基配方为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L,生根率可达到93%,根系较发达。 The author used the high quality seed source of Psammosilene tunicoides as the tested materials,and studied the effects of 6-BA,NAA and IBA on the production,proliferation and rooting of high quality provenance multiple shoots by adding them into MS and 1/2 MS.The results showed that the best method for disinfection of gold-iron lock explants was disinfection with 75% ethanol for 30 s+0.1% HgCl 2 for 8 min.The pollution rate could be reduced to 10%.The best combination of cluster bud induction medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L.The maximum proliferation seedling multiple was 29.The optimum rooting medium formula was 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L.the rooting rate could reach 93%,and the root system was more developed.
