不同地膜覆盖对土壤温度及大蒜保护酶活性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Plastic Films Mulching on Soil Temperature and Activities of Protective Enzymes in Garlic

摘要 以徐蒜917为材料,研究不同颜色地膜覆盖后土壤温度变化及对大蒜保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:大蒜苗期至返青期银膜覆盖对土壤的保温效果优于其它处理;生育后期(鳞茎膨大期)透明膜与白黑膜覆盖处理的10cm处土壤温度于13:00与15:00分别出现最高值。大蒜生育前期(苗期至抽薹期)银膜覆盖处理的大蒜SOD、POD、CAT(叶)活性有不同程度的升高;生育后期(鳞茎膨大期)透明膜与白黑膜覆盖处理的大蒜SOD(根)、POD、CAT因受到高温胁迫,酶活性高于其它处理。银膜覆盖有利于大蒜生育前期土壤的增温、保温,提高大蒜保护酶活性,促进大蒜生长,在一定程度上调节了大蒜生长后期土壤温度,降低了高温造成的损伤。 A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of the different plastic film mulching(red,green,white black,silver black,black,silver and transparent plastic film)on soil temperature and the activities of protective enzymes(SOD,POD and CAT) in garlic (Xusuan 917).The results showed that the soil warming magnitude of silver film was greater than other treatments during the seedling stage to reviving stage of garlic,and the garlic plantings covered with transparent plastic film and white black plastic film induced the highest temperature in 10cm soil layer at 13:00 and 15:00 respectively in the later growth stage(bulb inflating stage).With the treatment of silver plastic film covered,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD of garlic leaves),peroxidase (POD) and catlase (CAT) in garlic had been promoted with varying degrees in early growth stage.At the later growth stage (bulb inflating stage),the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD of garlic roots),peroxidase (POD) and catlase (CAT) in garlic had been stimulated by high soil temperature with transparent plastic film and white black plastic film treatments.The result indicated that garlic growth could be promoted by improvement of soil temperature and protective enzyme activities at the early growth stage with the treatment of silver plastic film covered.To some extent,the silver plastic film could adjust the soil temperature and reduce the damage of high soil temperature to garlic.
