不同改良剂对铅(Pb)污染土壤中工业大麻生长及Pb积累的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Various Amendments on Industrial Hemp (Cannabis sativa) Growth and Accumulation of Heavy Metal Pb in Lead-contaminated Soils

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究了在高铅(Pb)污染土壤中施用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)、柠檬酸、有机肥和蚯蚓液4种改良剂对3个工业大麻品种生长发育及Pb积累特征的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,EDTA显著抑制了工业大麻的株高和茎粗生长,而促进了工业大麻对Pb的吸收,提高了工业大麻不同部位对Pb的富集能力,增强了Pb从地下部分向地上部分转移的能力;柠檬酸、有机肥和蚯蚓液这3种改良剂对工业大麻农艺性状的影响不显著,蚯蚓液和柠檬酸促进了工业大麻吸收Pb,有机肥抑制了工业大麻吸收Pb。 The effects of EDTA,citric acid,organic fertilizer and earthworm solution on the growth of three industrial hemp varieties and the accumulation characteristics of heavy metal lead (Pb) were studied in high Pb-contaminated soil by pot experiments in greenhouse.The results showed that the agronomic characters and heavy metal contents of industrial hemp were affected by different amendment treatments.Compared with the control group,the plant height and stem diameter of industrial hemp were remarkably reduced by EDTA treatment,while the absorption of Pb and the enrichment of Pb in different organs of plant were increased,as well as the transfer ability of Pb from underground parts to aboveground parts.The effects of citric acid,organic fertilizer and earthworm solution on the agronomic characteristics of industrial hemp were not significant.Earthworm solution and citric acid promoted the absorption of Pb,while organic fertilizer inhibited the absorption of Pb in industrial hemp.
