基于面板数据随机前沿面模型的广西农业水资源利用技术效率与耦合研究 被引量:5

Study on Technical Efficiency and Coupling Relationship of Guangxi Agricultural Water Resources Utilization Based on Panel Data Stochastic Frontier Model

摘要 采用随机前沿生产函数法,对2010~2016年广西14个地市农业水资源利用的面板数据进行了分析,探讨了区域农业水资源利用效率的变动状况和耦合关系。研究表明:2010~2016年广西农业水资源利用技术效率以年均4.79%的速度增长,北海、玉林、桂林等4个地市的农业水资源利用技术效率小于全区平均水平;防城港、梧州市等10个地市的农业水资源利用技术效率增长幅度高于全区平均水平;广西农业水资源利用技术效率具有明显的区域差异性,并且技术效率差距出现缩小趋势;聚类分析和耦合关系分析显示,广西农业水资源利用存在区域农业生产、农业水资源数量与技术效率的不匹配。 With the help of the stochastic frontier production function method,Fourteen panel data of agricultural water resources utilization in Guangxi in the past 2010~2016 years were analyzed in this paper,and the relation between change and coupling of regional agricultural water resources utilization efficiency has been studied.The results show that: the technical efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization in Guangxi was increased at an annual rate of 4.79% in 2010~2016 years,and the agricultural water resources utilization efficiency of Beihai,Yulin and Guilin was less than the average of the whole area.The growth rate of agricultural water resources utilization efficiency in ten cities such as Fangchenggang and Wuzhou is higher than that in the whole region.The technical efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization in Guangxi has obvious regional differences,and the gap of technology efficiency shows a decreasing trend.The relationship between the agricultural water resources and the technical efficiency of agricultural water resources in Guangxi is analyzed by cluster analysis and coupling relationship.There is a mismatch among regional agricultural production,quantity and the technical efficiency of agricultural water resources in Guangxi.
