摘要
对某再生水厂两级生物滤池脱氮工艺的甲醇投加量进行优化,在2年的实际监测数据基础上,采用线性分析拟合得到甲醇投加量与进/出水总氮质量浓度、水处理量、日均温度等因素的相关方程,为一线工人确定精准投加甲醇量提供了便捷的操作指导。实际运行1年后,出水指标全部合格,甲醇-总氮去除比达4.16。采用以上优化措施降低了脱氮过程中甲醇的投用量,节约了甲醇投用成本。
In this study,the methanol dosage in the denitrification(nitrogen removal) process in a water reclamation plant was optimized.The correlation equations between methanol addition and inflow,outflow nitrogen values,water amount,and daily average temperature were established through linear fitting analysis of the monitoring data for 2015-2016.The equation provided convenient guidance for operational workers to formulate precise dosages.After running for one year in 2017,the results showed that nitrogen concentrations in the outflow water all met the water quality requirements.The methanol-nitrogen removal ratio was 4.16,which was significantly lower than before optimization of the process.
