西门子水冷电机绝缘击穿特性分析及预防

摘要 通过记录西门子1FE1内置水冷电机的接地故障判断过程,对该类型的电机的结构、特点进行了介绍,分析了电机绝缘特性,并利用实际维修经验,例举了引发绝缘击穿的原因,针对性地提出了预防措施和改进思路,为设计人员完善电机性能,提高绝缘强度,提供了现场依据,也为设备维修人员在现场进行类似故障分析提供了思路。 By recording the earth fault judge process of Siemens 1FE1 built-in water-cooled machine,this paper introduced the structure and characteristics of this type of electric machine,analyzed the electric machine insulation characteristic and used the practical service experience to enumerate the causes triggering insulation breakdown.The precautionary measures were pertinently proposed,as well as the improved thoughts,so that the designer has the site gist to improve the motor performance and dielectric strength and the equipment maintenance personnel have the thoughts to carry out the analogous site faults analysis.
