发电机并网升压时定子电流突升的原因分析

摘要 介绍了某电厂220 MW机组在发电机并网升压时出现三相定子电流突升的异常现象,初步分析了电流突升原因。指出完成变压器直流电阻试验后,变压器铁芯存在严重的剩磁是引起定子电流突升的主要原因,并从理论上进行了探讨,最后提出了相应的解决办法。 An abnormal phenomenon of three-phase stator current surges in the 220MW unit of a power plant during the boost operation of generator synchronization is introduced, and the cause of current surge is preliminarily analyzed. It is pointed out that serious remanence in transformer core is the main cause of stator current surge after DC resistance test for transformer, which is discussed theoretically. Finally, the corresponding solutions are proposed.
