摘要 针对某核电站辅助变压器冷却油泵切换方式仅有手动切换不满足标准规范要求及辅变失去冷却跳闸信号误触发问题,提出了一种结构简单、适用性强的强迫油循环风冷辅助变压器冷却油泵控制回路设计优化方案。优化后的核电站辅变在主油泵故障后可以自动切至备用油泵,并由2路油泵全停触发辅变跳闸,降低了变压器因冷却器失电导致的跳闸风险。 The cooling oil pump of the auxiliary transformer is capable of only being operated manually in one nuclear power plant, which does not comply with the specifications. The problem of inadvertent triggering of the loss of oil cooling in auxiliary transformer does exist. An optimized design of the cooling oil pump control circuit in the oil directed air cooled auxiliary transformer has been proposed, which has simple structure and strong applicability. After the optimization, the auxiliary transformer of the nuclear power plant can be switched to the standby oil pump automatically in case of the mail oil pump failure. Meanwhile, the auxiliary transformer can be tripped only with both oil pumps out of functioning, which reduces the risk of transformer tripping caused by the loss of electric power to cooler.
