摘要 针对某电厂超超临界1000MW机组高调阀在机组启动中产生异音问题,分析了异音产生的原因为边棱噪声,对缺陷阀座采取了现场重新堆焊、车削加工修复措施,彻底根除了高调阀的异音问题,并提出了相应的防范措施。 Aiming at the problem of abnormal sound generated in the high pressure regulating valve of an ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit of a power plant during the unit startup, the cause of abnormal sound is analyzed, which is generated by the edge noise. Some repairing measures have been taken to deal with the defective valve seat, such as overlay weld and turning repair, which finally eliminates the problem of abnormal sound generated by the high pressure regulating value. Meanwhile, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
