摘要
针对当前专业硕士培养模式单一导致研究生工程应用能力不强,硕士点科研成果转化率低等问题,本文以仪器仪表工程专业硕士培养为例,结合江西高校"产学研"平台建设状况与实践经验,探讨以培养质量为导向的"产学研"平台的教学、科研、生产相结合的运作模式,发挥平台培养优势的利用效率的措施推动研究生培养个性化发展的方式,以及促进科研成果有效转化的途径。
In view of the fact that the current professional master's training mode leads to the lack of postgraduate engineering application ability and the low conversion rate of master's degree scientific research achievements, this paper takes the master's training of instrumentation engineering as an example, combined with the construction status and practical experience of the platform of "university-Industry -research" of Jiangxi universities. To explore the mode of combining the teaching, research and production of the platform of "university-Industry-research" oriented to the quality of cultivation, and to take advantage of the platform to cultivate the advantages of the use efficiency measures to promote the individualized development of graduate students, and to promote the effective transformation of scientific research results.
