结合OBE理念的PBL-LBL模式在轨道专业课程中的实施探索

摘要 轨道交通的快速发展不断推动其对人才需求的变化,这也意味着目前的高等教育正面向培养应用型的综合型人才发展。针对轨道交通行业对综合型人才的需求,以互补的形式设计出新的教学模式。提出结合OBE理念的PBL-LBL在轨道专业课程中的教学改革,旨在动态优化轨道专业课程的教学方法,不断培养学生动手能力和创新精神,从而为轨道交通行业所需的综合型人才做准备。 The rapid development of rail transit continues to promote changes in the demand for talent, which means that the current higher education is developing towards the development of applied comprehensive talents. In response to the demand for comprehensive talents in the rail transit industry, a new teaching model was designed in a complementary form. The teaching reform of PBL-LBL combined with the OBE concept in the track professional course is aimed at dynamically optimizing the teaching methods of teachers, stimulating students' interest in learning, continuously promoting students' ability to solve problems on their own, and cultivating students' practical ability and innovative spirit. Prepare for the comprehensive talents needed in the transportation industry.
