High Strength Automobile Steel

材料性能与工业有着密不可分的联系,高强度钢广泛地应用于现代汽车制造工业。我国长期进行高强度钢论证及实验,但进展较为缓慢,限制较多,先后出现了普通高强度钢、第一代、第二代及第三代先进高强度钢。本文简要介绍了高强度钢的性能及其分类的发展历程与前沿进展,指出了国内第三代高强度汽车钢的研究进展,同时还提出了未来我国汽车用钢的发展方向。

There is an inseparable connection between material properties and industry. High strength steel is widely used in modern automobile manufacturing industry. The argumentation and experiments of it have been carried out for a long time in China, but the progress is slow and there are many limitations. Common high strength steel, the first, the second and the third generation of advanced high strength steel have appeared successively. This paper briefly introduces the development history and frontier progress of high strength steel properties and classification. It points the progress of the third generation high strength automobile steel in China. At the same time, it presents the development direction of automotive steel in China in the future.
