进入新时代,开启新征程,习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出"要不断加强党组织建设,充分发挥党组织战斗堡垒作用"重要指示。目前高校高水平运动队党建工作存在党员评价指标体系不健全、党员监管力度不足、支部活动实效性不强等问题。高校高水平运动队应积极发挥党领导全局作用,加强党建工作的重视程度、提升支部班子的业务能力、创新党员发展和质量评价体系、加强运动队党员的理论教育,创新发展党建工作新理论、新方式、新途径,全面提升高校高水平运动队党建工作水平。
