摘要
本文从高职院校学生的职业素养评价现状入手,分析当前职业素养的评价情况中存在的问题,进而结合听障学生职业素养评价的状况,找出影响听障学生职业素养评价的相关因素。根据影响因素,结合高职院校学生职业素养评价体系构建的相关理论,在对企业人才需求调研的基础上,借鉴国内外高职院校学生职业素养评价研究和应用中成功的经验,提出构建高职院校听障学生职业素养的评价体系。实践证明,构建的高职院校听障学生职业素养的评价体系,可以不断优化听障学生职业素养的课程安排,优化教学内容,改进教学方法,提高教学管理水平,有的放矢的指导学生制定科学合理的职业发展规划,激发学生的潜能,更好的发挥学生的特长。另外,把评价体系量化的结果反馈给学生,能够让学生充分认识自我不足和优点,明确以后的发展方向,促进学生全面、可持续发展,更好的提升自己的职业素养,为走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。
Starting from the current situation of vocational literacy evaluation of Vocational College students, this paper analyses the problems existing in the current situation of vocational literacy evaluation, and then combines with the situation of vocational literacy evaluation of hearing-impaired students to find out the relevant factors affecting the evaluation of vocational literacy of hearing-impaired students. According to the influencing factors, combined with the relevant theory of the construction of vocational literacy evaluation system for students in Higher Vocational colleges, based on the investigation of the demand for enterprise talents, drawing on the successful experience of the research and application of vocational literacy evaluation for students in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the construction of vocational literacy evaluation system for hearing-impaired students in Higher Vocational colleges. Practice has proved that the evaluation system of vocational literacy of hearing-impaired students in higher vocational colleges can continuously optimize the curriculum arrangement of vocational literacy of hearing-impaired students, optimize teaching content, improve teaching methods, improve teaching management level, and guide students to formulate scientific and rational career development plans, stimulate students'potential and better develop students' specialties. In addition, feeding back the quantitative results of the evaluation system to the students can enable them to fully understand their own shortcomings and advantages, clarify the future direction of development, promote students'comprehensive and sustainable development, better enhance their professional accomplishment, and lay a solid foundation for getting onto the job.
